These Forum Constitution can be changed without prior notice. MEMBERSHIP IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT. Membership can be revoked at anytime with the Administrators & Moderators' decision.
1) Read up before asking! There are plenty of sticky threads in each forum specially in the Announcement & Site Feedback Section to guide you.
2) Use the SEARCH FUNCTION before posting or check at the Archive Sections. Chances are your question has already been answered long time ago!
3) Respect each and every member, either the newly registered or old members and most specially the Moderating Team. Flamming, trolling or any insult resulting to a fight, will result to immediate banning of members regardless of his status here in our forum.
4) Keep always on the discussions: Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved, locked or simply be deleted.
5) Post in English only. This forum DOES NOT and WILL NOT allow "SMS" or "Text" posting. Always word-out and spell-out your post correctly. You have the luxury of more than 160 characters in typing your post unlike in your cellphone composing message. You're not the only one reading your message, and this will forever be save in our database as reference for others here in our forum. Please make it sensible!
6) Do not spam the board: avoid "send mes" and "thanks for the links" postings. No cross posting. Post your message once, to the appropriate forum or sections & nowhere else or it will be locked or deleted. Don't post just to increase your number of posts, including abuse of smilies. If you have nothing to say on a certain matter then don't post! The number of posts on this board has no direct relation to the experience of a member.
7) Signature must be limited to specific font sizes & character limit. No images, banners, advertisements and unnecessary redirected links allowed. No sworn words.
8) Keep the size of personal images or avatars down. Images uploaded must not exceed 640x480 in the threads. This will help the forum to load efficiently.
9) Use a subject (title) that best describes the content of your post. Don't use all CAPS or special characters to draw attention. And depending on the contents of the post, SHOUTING with ALL CAPS in any posts can result in the banning of a member if the post intends to humiliate or insult another member, and most especially if it's against any member of the Moderating Team.
10) Do not send questions pertaining to topics of discussion on this board via personal messages (PM) or email to Moderators or Administrator, they surely will be ignored!
11) Don't revive OLD threads. Make sure to check the date it was last replied or posted. Dormant threads replied within 3 months ago are considered old threads. For example if the problem have been resolved, no need to input another solution, your next reply maybe senseless after all.
12) Never copy and paste any information from other websites, forums, or documents of any form without the appreciation and consideration on the original author or source. You can post the link or quote of important messages as a review and always put your source or reference to show due respect.
13) Multiple registrations (we can track your IPs) are prohibited and are grounds for immediate account deletion.
14) All disputes and questions pertaining to the implementation of this Constitution must be forwarded directly to the Administrators & Moderators.
If you don't comply with these rules & regulations (Forum Constitution) you'll received WARNING POINTS, have all the freedom to leave or better DON'T ENTER THE FORUM AGAIN!!! Total of 100% results to absolute banning of the member and his IPs. Administrators & Moderators have their own distinction on issuing warning points.
