jukai's action: gave his arnis to athos & instructed him to throw both weapons to jukai if any trouble starts. jukai's action: Return to statue & carefully inspect it (take 20..) shadowhart declares: Ready...jukai will run to athos once the statue moves. jukai's action: Take 20 in removing mace & evil armor on the statue. If that is possible okey? shadowhart to DM: I forgot to tell you...jukai still has the mw chainmail of the Minotaur. jukai to lestrand: I thought I was in luneta...and this....this is Jose rizal mercado. (points at statue & then salutes)

To Shadowhart: Sorry, but since Barrend has not posted for sometime, I think it would not be possible for Jukai to hand his weapons to Athos. (We have no way of knowing if Athos will agree or not)
Also, you can not remove the armor or weapon from the statue since they are part of the statue.

To Jukai:Holding both weapons in one hand, you inspect the statue more thoroughly (take 20) but you still find nothing. It appears to be a normal statue. To Sand:You sweep the room for traps and find none. To Adora:While Sand is busy inside the west-room you take a second look at the statue. With a shock you realized that it is a statue of Hexetor, your god's nemesis. To Sand and Adora:Both of you spend a minute searching the west-room but aside from the shallow graves, you find nothing of importance or unusual.

Adora to everyone: This tomb belongs to a worshiper of Hexetor. I will not tolerate the enemies of my patron Heroneous.
Adora to Sand: Please disable the trap on the north door.
Adora to everyone: Lets give Sand some room while he works on the door (I move 10' away from door and ready for an ambush).

Sand to Party: "I should tell you that though I can detect traps, I'm not trained to disable them. So I'm as good as any of you with regards to disarming the trap on the north door. As for wether I like to be the one triggering the trap...my answer would be a big *NO*. Yes I can dish out a lot of hurt but I'm allergic to damage."

Adora to Everyone: All of you step back, since this tomb belongs to the enemy of Heroneous, I will take the risk and open the door.
Adora opens the north-door.

To Adora: After whispering a short prayer, asking Heroneous for protection, you step up to the north-door and opened it. A glyph, glowing with dark power materializes before you and explodes, spraying you with vile black acid.
Reflex Save: Adora+5 [dice=20] Total: 24 OK
Glyph damage 3d8 acid [dice=8][dice=8][dice=8] Total: 9 x 1/2 = 4 acid damage
You manage to raise your buckler and cover your face at the last moment, the acid dealing most of its damage on your shieldarm. As you grit your teeth from the pain you hear a coarse laugh coming from beyond the door...

The north door leads to a large room with a sarcophagus on a raised dias in the middle. At the far end of this room, flanked by two lit braziers is an altar pulsing with dark power. But what caught your attention is a humanoid creature wrapped in bandages, wearing a tattered red hooded robe and armed with a morningstar made from black ice. You recognize the undead creature as a mummy and with it, forming a wall of undead fleash, are 4 zombies.Mummy to Party: (Laughing and pointing at you) "Welcome tomb-robbers, your corpses will make a fine addition to my small army."Monster's Initiative:Mummy+0[dice=20] Total: 13Zombies-1[dice=20] Total: 7MAP: THE TOMBTo everyone: Please roll for Initiative and declare your actions for the First Round... Sorry I'm late guys. Lestrand to Jukai and Adora: you can use the door frame to funnel the Zombies so you won't be flank. While Athos and I will use our bows on both sides so you guys won't get hit with friendly fire. You be careful there Sand! Watch the Mummy instead!

FIRST ROUNDInitiative Order:Adora 19: swift cast bless and turn undead Jukai 15: attacks statue Lestrand 13: Exchange rapier with shortbow Sand 13: ghoststep and attack zombie Mummy 13: Cast spell Athos 9: Total defense Zombies 8: attack anyone inside the room. Adora finishes her spell (bless), filling the room with a blue light and just like the fight with the minotaurs earlier, the light strengthened your morale. She channels divine power through her holy symbol, engulfing the undead in a fierce golden light. But the dark power radiating from the altar counters, diminishing her power. As a result only the two nearest zombies(2 and 3) begin to retreat to the back of the room.Jukai, attacks the statue on the central room with both his arnis, smashing it repeatedly. After four furious blows on its face, the statue begins to crack. Lestrand, knowing that even with your rapiers enchanted blade, it is of little use against the foes your party are now facing. sheathing your sword, you opt to use your bow instead and and give Adora and Jukai range support.Using his mysterious "Ki" powers, Sand vanishes from sight. You hear faint footsteps as he enters the north room and with a thud, zombie(1)'s left arm falls to the ground (-7hp), as if cut by an unseen blade. Seeing that 2 of its guardians have been turned. The mummy begins casting, its undead hands moving in intricate patterns as words of power escaping from its lifeless mouth. It finishes the spell with a force full sweep of its hand and a morningstar made from pure power appears and attacks Adora(AC24).Spiritual Morningstar+8[dice=20] Total: 14 MISSFortunately, the Paladin was able to deflect the weapon with her buckler. But the morningstar continues to hover above her ready to attack again.End of Round One:MAP: The TombZombie(1): -7 hp Zombie(2) & (3): turned To everyone: your actions for round two please...
