Pros and Con, came from the latin word, pro et contra,
PRO in Latin is a whole world, which means "for", in modern Latin, it is understood as positive or in positive light, to be with or in support of, for
CON it is the abbreviation of contra which means to be against with, negato or negative, or not in support with.
If PRO is positive, and CON is negative.........
Is CONgress the opposite of PROgress?
