Combat Rules Alright, a few simple rules on ho we're going to handle combat within the constraints of a message-board system.
1) Each combat round will last for a maximum of 2 days of real time. If all players have posted actions and do not wish to change them, then we may finish before then, but 48 hours from the time of the last combat update is maximum amount of time that anyone can take to post. Anyone who does not post during that time will be assumed to have taken a full defensive action as his only action that round.
2) Posting does NOT have to occur in initiative order. Players can post at anytime.
3) Initiative order wills til be followed however. If a player has already posted an action, and an action taken by someone who comes before him in initiative order (Including the enemies) would make him wish to change his action, he may do so. He may not, however, change his action in response to someone who comes after him in initiative order unless he chooses to delay his action.

User-Editable Spells Thread If you are a spellcaster who prepares spells in advance, you MAY keep a list of your presently prepared spells here in either public or private text.

Character Creation Campaign World The adventure is entirely self-contained, and campaign worlds are essentially incidental except for providing proper nouns. For the sake of simplicity, the module will be left in the world upon-which it was originally set: Greyhawk. But the land will still be Andelos ( Enrod/Tulisar/Necropolitan/Serkesh).
Level It depends on what level of campaign are you joining.
Hit Points FullHP starting Level then roll HD after 18. In case of Monster characters, You'll have to roll HD after your starting Level.
Ability Scores Roll 4d6 discard lowest. Dice-roll should me witness by the DM. 3 set of rolls the PC decide which set will he use. Or you cab use the point system.
Alignment This adventure posits that the PCs have worked together before I will not limit alignment choices, but I will, towards the end of making a previous association plausable, require that anyone wishing to play an alignment which inherently conflicts with the majority of the party (most likely an evil PC) have both the means to conceal his alignment from the rest of the party, and a motive to work with them, rather then those who more closely mirror his own beliefs.
Races, Classes, and other issues of source material All races in the core rulebooks will be acceptable, as will all classes and prestige classes contained there in as well. Any class from the D&D splat-books, including those referencing specific organizations (Such as knight-Protector of the great Kingdom, or Mage of the Arcane Order) will be accepted as well.
Material form all other WotC sources, including exotic sources such as the Book of Exalted Deads, or the savage species book, as well as other campaign settings, may, be proposed, but must be approved by me prior to being included in a PC.
Psionic Classes and Races will not be accepted due principally to the fact that I do not own the Expanded Psionics Handbook yet. I'll keep you posted.
Spells Wizards wishing to know more spells then the number indicated by their class and level, may pay the cost of a scroll of the appropriate spell at it's minimum caster level - they will be assumed to have successfully scribed this scroll into their spellbooks.
Equipment Characters begin with 440 000 gold pieces to spend on equipment. No single item may be worth more then 50% of this total. Please observe the Rares rules. If you begin as Level 1, Ask the DM to roll the starting money for you.

Rares - Spells, Items, Feats that is not included in the Core Books ( Players Handbook, Dungeon's Master Guide, Monster Manual) are considered Rares. Characters should only have 1 rares every 5 levels. Starting Money: 440,000gp. Exp for spells, Item creations will use gp on the character creation steps. Cohorts: will be generated by me. So tell me if you want to have one. HP: Full hit point on the starting level, then we have to roll HP after 18. Character's death: will loose 30% of there current exp when he dies, before True Resurrection Spells can be done. So if you loose exp and receive a level down as soon as the character dies. Then a Cleric cast a True Resurrection spell to revive the character. He still will be a level lower than before. So avoid dying. Be sure to send us a message if you wont be able to attend a campaign so we can adjust on the situations.

Slotted Items & Soul Gem - last year, I introduce this items to my campaign world. Andelos(Campaign setting) have this very special items called slotted and Soul gems. Slotted Items - are magical items that have special compartment or slots visible in them. This items can be enhance by using soul gems. The more slots the item have the more powerful an item can be. This enhancement is permanent though. So if you have customized a slotted item, then decided to remove the soul gem again. There is only a 5% chance that the soul gem or the item itself will loose its ability or worst will be destroyed as if the item was successfully been disjuncted. Slotted items cannot be bought in any market place. But there are rare rumor that some other black markets sell these powerful items. But there are no know evidence to back this rumor up. Good thing about slotted items is that even though you cannot buy one. You can enhance one. Only a master blacksmith or a forge master can enhance this powerful items.
Market Price for Slotted enhancement: +1 (500gp) +2 (1000gp) +3 (2000gp) +4 (4000gp)* +5 (8000gp)**
*item must be +5 or higher **item is considered minor artifact, item must be +6 or higher
Soul gems - Many years ago. A great and powerful Red Wyrm has manage to avoid death and did not resort to lichdom. This creature is known to some as Ashardalon. He has somehow used the secret of the soul world to siphon the life force of the unborn. (More info on Ashardalon & the unborn. See Bastion of the Unborn Souls adventure). After Ashardalon's demise. The Soulworld was forever scarred and the process of the passing was somehow found a glitch to the whole process. So on and so forth, In short, Monsters, NPC and (take note) PCs leave a small amount of there soul when they pass away. But this is only on a rare occassion. There soul somehow get trap on a small fraction of the soul world which comes in a form of unrefined crystal shard. The Dark Mages of Ilkyson(my version of the Red Wizards of Thay) somehow found a way to harness this raw power by turning it in to Soulgems. The Dark Mages use this knowledge to equip there magical items with these soulgems to grant extra abilities. Now the Mages sell this new found knowledge to those who wish to learn this dark art.
Link Soul Gem - these are very rare unique soulgems that are so powerful that they can actual combine the powers of other soulgem to come-up with a new unique powers. Only Unique soulgems are Link Soulgem. Ex. Boss Soulgems.
Soul Gem check - these process is very rare that every time a creature dies. PCs that is near enough to use a search/spot check can roll a d20. On a roll of 20 and only on a 20 will the PC get this soulgem. And PCs can only do this only a round after the creature dies. After that, the soul can free itself and pass through the afterlife to wherever they may go.
Market Price: A soul gem can be sold for 1,000gp per Hit dice. Merchant's can add extra cost if the soul gem can grant exceptional abilities. ex: Troll Soulgem (Armor, Bracers, rings, Amulet) Benefit: wearer gains regenaration 5 but somehow looses 1CHA point. because of the stink it somehow produces. marketprice: 7,000gp to 15,000gp
